Learning Objectives:
- Evaluate knowledge and understanding of the 2020 CHFS Heart Failure Guidelines and updated recommendations for 2021.
- Identify gaps in clinical practice where guideline-directed medical therapy is not being used.
- Develop strategies for medical treatment optimization for patients with heart failure based on different phenotypic presentations of HFrEF.
