Hf-rEFlect is a national self-learning program to measure the uptake, implementation and knowledge of the 2020 and 2021 CCS/CHFS Heart Failure Guidelines in the practice of Canadian Cardiologists.

Register now at HF-rEFlect.ca to test your knowledge by completing four patients cases developed by a distinguished scientific committee.

Learning Objectives:

  • Evaluate knowledge and understanding of the 2020 CHFS Heart Failure Guidelines and updated recommendations for 2021.
  • Identify gaps in clinical practice where guideline-directed medical therapy is not being used.
  • Develop strategies for medical treatment optimization for patients with heart failure based on different phenotypic presentations of HFrEF.
